When it comes to replacement lighting, we know you don't want to lighten your wallet any more than you have to. That's why LightBulbs247.com offers low shipping rates on ALL orders shipped to the lower 48!  Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may carry slightly higher rates due to distance. For our complete shipping policy, read below.

General Shipping Policy

LightBulbs247.com will ship via Ground shipping service to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States and may employ other Priority shipping services for all other destinations based on location. Expedited services are available (Next Day, 2nd Day, etc.) for an additional charge and can only be secured by calling a lighting specialist at 1-800-210-2495. Costs associated with an upgrade are based on the final weight of the shipment. LightBulbs247.com may select an alternative shipper depending on the size and weight of your item. Additional shipping and handling charges will apply to orders shipped outside the 48 contiguous United States (including Alaska, Hawaii and other U.S. Territories). 
If you order by 3 p.m. Central Standard time, the in-stock items will be shipped on the same day (Monday through Friday). Shipping and handling charges, along with any charged freight, are non-refundable in occurrences where LightBulbs247.com has made no error in merchandising or shipping.

Out-of-Stock Items and Back Orders

In the event only some products are in stock at the time the order is placed, the in-stock items will be shipped immediately. The backordered items will then ship via ground shipping service when stock is replenished at no additional charge.

International Shipments

The minimum amount for orders outside the 50 United States is $1550.00 (U.S.). LightBulbs247.com will ship via DHL, UPS, FedEx or through a U.S. freight forwarder of the customer's choosing. Additional shipping charges will apply. Title and risk of loss of the products pass to the customer upon delivery at the freight forwarder. The customer is also responsible for payment of taxes, duties, tariffs and any other charges levied by government agencies. Payments must be made in full using a credit card or bank transfer at the time of shipment.

30-Day Return Policy

LightBulbs247.com is committed to providing our customers with an excellent shopping experience.  If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request to return the merchandise for a refund within 30 days of the invoice date.  

A request for return may be submitted by contacting your sales rep at 800.210.2495 or emailing customer service at customercare@goodbulb.com.  All returns must be authorized by LightBulbs247.com, must be in the original packaging in as-new condition with the return shipping prepaid.  LightBulbs247.com reserves the right to charge a restocking fee on all returns.  Shipping costs are not refundable.  Special order items, fixtures, and linear fluorescent over 4 feet in length are not eligible for return.  

Manufacturer Warranties

LightBulbs247.com is a respected distributor for many different manufacturers. The majority of our products come with a manufacturer's warranty!  This information is listed on our website and the specifications are listed on most packages.  After 30 days, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the warranty replacement(s).  Please remember that a manufacturer's listing of Average Life Hours does not imply a warranty.  All warranties are listed in months or years.

Damage in Transit

LightBulbs247.com ships glass to all 50 states and beyond!  We take great pride our packaging and have a VERY LOW incidence of breakage.  In order to complete a damage claim, LightBulbs247.com must be notified of the damage within 2 days from the date of receipt. LightBulbs247.com will file a claim on the customer's behalf and authorize a refund or a replacement based on a review of the amount of actual damage.  All packages must be received and inspected by the customer and not refused under any circumstances.

If a replacement is authorized on product that can only be shipped in case quantities, such as many linear fluorescents, then a replacement order for a full case must be processed and charged less the amount of the damage with no additional shipping charges.

If the total amount of product for replacement due to damage or defect is less than $30, a refund will be issued to the customer as opposed to replacement(s).  Shipping small, single item packages greatly increases the percentage risks for damage during transit.  After 30 days, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Refunds

Customer refund credits are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours.  Refunds can only be issued to the card used during the original purchase according to the U.S. law.  

Shipping or Website Errors

If the customer receives product that is different from original order due to shipping error or incorrect web site information, replacements will be shipped at no additional charge.  A prepaid return shipping label will also be provided for the original shipment.
